Participation and publishing controls:

- Abstracts should not exceed (300) words in PDF or Word format, including the research title and its relationship with conference topics, the research goals, and importance, research structure, short scientific biography of the author attached to the margins.

- Abstracts and papers must be sent to JEA e-mail: JIAC2022@jea.org.jo or via link: http://www.jeaconf.org/jiac2022/PaperSubmissionForm

- The abstracts will be reviewed by the conference scientific committee

- Accepted papers will be published on the Jordan Engineers Association Conference main website.

- Researches (papers) must be genuine with fine methodology and consistent with international scientific publication specifications.

- Researches (papers) should not be published or presented in scientific conferences or taken from published research.

- The researcher pledges that his/her research was not published before.

- The researches (papers) should not exceed 12 A4 pages, maximum of 15 pages including the appendices and references.

- The research (paper) body should be written using font size 14 (Traditional Arabic), and font size 11 for the margins for Arabic researches (papers), and in 12 point (Times New Roman), and 10 points for margins for English researches (papers).

- The appendices and references are listed alphabetically at the end of the research (paper).

- Research (paper) is accepted in both Arabic and English languages.

- The researcher will receive an email assuring that his/her research (paper) abstract for the conference was received, if he/she did not receive the email in three days from sending the abstract, please contact the conference administration.

- Researcher will be notified of the final acceptance of his/her research after the deadline

- Accepted researchers must pay participation fees as stated in the conference fees, and send a copy of the receipt with his/her name, and accepted research title to the conference email, not exceeding one week before the conference begins.

Note: The initial acceptance of the research abstract doesn't mean that the research was accepted at the conference.

- All papers will be peer reviewed by at least two reviewers based on full  paper submission.

- Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
