BIO:

Mr. Robert j. Weber is president/CEO and founder of PSRG (process safety & reliability group), a premier global provider of process safety, risk and reliability consulting and training services to the hydrocarbon and chemical processing industries since 1997. He is a registered professional engineer with 35 years of industry experience; the last 27 of which has been in the field of process safety. He has consulted to numerous domestic and international operating companies, EPC contractors, and government institutions on a variety of safety topics with special emphasis on mechanical integrity issues. He holds a masters degree in mechanical engineering from university of Illinois at Urbana-champaign and an MBA from northwestern university Kellogg graduate school of management.  He has been married for over 32 years, has 4 grown boys, and one new grandson born last year.  He enjoys long distance bicycling when time permits; mostly downhill
