BIO:

Mr. Snakard has over 30 years of experience in design, permitting, start up and safe operation of industrial facilities. His expertise is in Process Safety Management, Risk Management, Loss Prevention and facility design following Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practice (RAGAGEP).

Mr. Snakard is an accomplished Process Safety Management, Chemical Safety and Loss Prevention courses instructor and has served as an expert for the US State Department, the UN Office for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons and teaches continuing education course at Texas A&M University.  He has worked with clients around the World to develop, implement and assess the effectiveness of process safety, OSHA 18001 an ISO 45001 management systems and regularly Facilitated Design reviews and process hazards Analysis such as: HAZOP, HAZD, SIMOPs, BowTie Analysis, SIL Assignment and other such reviews.

Mr. Snakard lived in the Middle East for a number of years and has conducted projects across the Middle East and North Africa region.  He has held numerous technical and managerial positions within operating companies, engineering contractors and HSSE Consulting firms located in the US and Middle East.
