22+ years experience in experimental research and 16+ years experience in process safety, including:

• Risk assessment for numerous large oil and chemical plants in Poland, preparation of Safety Reports and Emergency Response Plans.
• Development of hazard identification and risk assessment management systems, including one implemented in Orlen, the largest Eastern Europe oil and petrochemical company. 
• Experimental research on LNG safety, dust explosion, and risk assessment in laboratories
• Improving process safety procedures, training programs, and Project Safety Analysis processes
• Developing Process Safety Competency Development Programs for the industry and delivering numerous continuing education training.
• Ph.D. Degree in Chemical Engineering (2008) and MEng in Environmental Engineering, Lodz University of Technology, Poland (2000)
