Author's Kit
The JIMEC’7 paper submission and review processes will be entirely electronic and will be conducted on-line as described below:
Paper Language:
The primary conference language is English. Papers in Arabic are accepted and will be presented in a special session.

Full-Paper Submissions:
Authors who wish to participate in the conference need to register with the on-line submission system and then use it to submit their full-papers. This submission must be completed on or before the "submission of full-papers" deadline listed.
Final Papers:
Authors of accepted papers will prepare a final version of their paper and will submit it using the on-line submission system. This version of the paper will be substantially the same as the accepted paper but will take into account reviewers' comments. The final paper must be completed and submitted on or before the "submission of final version of paper" deadline listed below.
Format:
To make the review process easy for reviewers, and to assure that papers are readable through the on-line review system, authors are asked to submit papers that are formatted according to the instructions given below. Submitted Papers formatting is identical to final paper formatting. Papers not conforming with the required format will be rejected without review. Similarly, final papers not conforming with the required format will not appear in the proceedings.
Instructions:
Authors are required to complete the procedures in the following list before the specified deadlines. Detailed guidelines for each of these procedures are provided below.
1. Complete a properly formatted paper.
2. Submit the paper electronically.
3. Check the EDAS website for the status of your paper.
4. Revise accepted papers for final submission.
5. Submit final paper electronically.
6. Submit copyright form electronically.
7. Register for the conference.
8. Prepare a lecture presentation.
Deadlines:
| Full paper submission : | 12th of July |
| Notification of acceptance: | 2th of August |
| Final paper submission: | 15th of August |

Paper Format:
