The Sixth Jordan International Chemical Engineering Conference (JIChEC 06) will be held in Amman/Jordan on March 12-14, 2012. This series of conferences is organized by Jordan Engineers Association (JEA) and Jordanian Universities with the co-operation of the local chemical and related industries. This year, the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) is co-sponsoring this event. The first conference started in 1993. Since then the number of participants and contributing countries has progressively grown.
The contributed research papers will be subjected to peer reviewing. The conference also accepts case studies presenting unit/process/plant development which will appear in a separate proceeding volume.
Jordan with its modern capital (Amman) is located in the heart of the Middle East with a moderate climate and rich historical and archeological places that features diverse tourist’s attractions.
